Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with LeePlugs Hub Services Limited and making payment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated:

1. Warranty
   1. LeePlugs Hub’s brand-new products are eligible for the standard manufacturer’s warranty which is redeemable directly at the manufacturer’s warranty/service centres within and outside Nigeria or through LeePlugs Hub, as applicable.
   2. Under the manufacturer’s warranty, defective products (as certified by the manufacturer) can be (i) exchanged or (ii) repaired, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer
   3. LeePlugs Hub’s used products carry full warranty for fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only limited to repair of the product and applies if the product is defective and such defect does not arise as a result of carelessness, improper handling or such other factor as LeePlugs Hub may determine.
   4. LeePlugs Hub reserves the right and sole discretion to replace a product under warranty where (i) the product purchased is brand new product and eligible for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, (ii) is found to have a manufacturer’s defect upon inspection or in the case of a used product (i) is under a warranty and (ii) has a factory/ manufacturers’ defect.
   5. Warranties for products purchased is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase and physical inspection of the product, within the warranty period.
   6. The warranty provided by LeePlugs Hub shall not extend to abuse or misuse of product, replacement of parts/ modifications by unauthorized and non-verifiable LeePlugs Hub service centers, failure to adhere to manufacturer’s instructions in terms of product usage, accidents, damage due to liquid or solid spillage, act of God, water, fire, bad electricity supply, voltage fluctuation, exposure to excessive temperatures, moisture, sand, dust, dirt, mishandling, tampering, rust, stains, improper installation or any other event beyond the control of LeePlugs Hub including deficiencies in consumable parts such as battery leakage or normal wear and tear of the product.
      
2. Return Policy
   1. Products purchased from LeePlugs Hub are only eligible for return where (i) upon physical inspection by LeePlugs Hub, it is discovered that the product has a manufacturer’s defect and (ii) the defect is reported within seven (7) days of purchase for used products and fourteen (14) days for brand new products.
   2. Where a product does not qualify for a return, upon satisfactory inspection of the product, LeePlugs Hub may permit an exchange.
      
3. Delivery & Returns
   1. Risk passes to the buyer at the point of payment for the product and LeePlugs Hub will not be liable for any damage done to a product by a contracted carrier whilst in transit to the buyer. However, LeePlugs Hub shall employ reasonable endeavours to use certified courier services in transporting every product

All clauses in this Terms and Conditions are to be construed literally and in the event of any conflict, kindly channel all complaints to info@leeplugshub.com or other customer care channels.
